How to request deletion

Option 1 — In the app

Open Settings (gear icon) → Delete account. Deletion is processed immediately.

Option 2 — By email

Send the following to the address below.

• To: namdoil487@gmail.com
• Subject: Clicky account deletion request
• Body: the nickname you use in the App and the Google account email you signed in with

After verifying your identity we will process the request within 7 business days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your account and authentication information (UID)
• Your nickname and invite code
• Your friends list (removed from both sides)
• All game scores and leaderboard records
• Your save data backup, if you created one

What is retained

We delete all personal data held by the Developer when you request deletion. Leaderboard screens already cached on other users’ devices refresh within 24 hours.

Records held by our advertising provider (Google AdMob) and keyed to your advertising ID cannot be deleted by the Developer. You can manage that data by deleting your advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads on your device, or through My Activity in your Google account.
